We have 16+ years of experience as a Certified Notary Signing Agent.   We are continually training to stay current on industry practices.   We cover most of York, Cumberland, Lower Dauphin, Western Lancaster County and most of Adams Counties.  We will also travel to the surrounding areas for an added travel fee.  Call for details of fees, etc.   If you are a realtor, title company, or lender looking for a Certified Notary Signing Agent - please call for rates, as they vary based on circumstances.   Experienced with purchases & re-fi's, HELOC, etc. and many various doc types including VA and more. We are members of the National Notary Association and Notary Signing Agent section of the National Notary Association, completed 7+ hours of Notary Signing Agent training every year. As well as several more hours of training and study to be Certified through the National Notary Association.
